Welcome to Heartline - AI Destiny (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. By downloading or using Heartline, you agree to the terms described below.
Heartline operates on a device-based authentication system. We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address. Your profile (such as name, age, and gender) is stored locally and securely synced with your device ID to maintain your progression in the Lifetree system without needing personal identifiers.

Heartline displays interstitial and rewarded ads. We use standard advertising and analytics partners. These SDKs may collect data such as your Advertising ID (GAID), device information, and app usage events to measure performance and deliver ad content. You can limit ad personalization in your iOS or Android device settings.
Transactions are processed securely via the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
We use limited third-party services to support core features, including Google Gemini for AI scenario generation and other analytics tools necessary for app stability.
Because Heartline is device-based, your primary progression is tied to your device. We retain minimal logs required for security and analytics (typically ≤ 30 days) on our secure servers.
You can delete your device data at any time via in-app settings (clear data/reset progression). You can also opt out of personalized ads through your device OS settings.
AI-generated images and texts are for personal entertainment within the App only. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content outside the App without written permission. Heartline retains all rights to its AI systems, models, and brand assets.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that may be unexpected or inaccurate. The AI system uses safety filters to prevent inappropriate content, but due to algorithmic nature, it may occasionally generate incorrect or biased text strictly as an error. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
